A: We use Paypal Payments & Shopify Credit Card Payment Processing.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY :
A: We do accept returns within 7 days on certain products provided items are in original unopened, unused condition and we charge a restocking fee of 10% to cover cost of processing returns and cost of box which cannot be reused. Some items are not returnable,(like most electrical parts) please call in advance before returning items to our store. We cannot emphasize enough to make sure you are ordering the correct products as it can become very costly for you to ship the products back to us, basically you will be paying for shipping 3 times.

A: We Normally stock all the products on our website unless it is not a Regular Stock Item and when you Click on Checkout you will get to know.
Q: Is there a discount for pick-up orders?
A: No, but you do not have to pay for shipping.
Q: Are the products you offer Genuine Brand name Parts?
A: Yes our products are Genuine replacement parts unless otherwise stated, we also carry less expensive Aftermarket / Generic products for most items.
