WE CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH THE NEED FOR YOU TO DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU ARE ORDERING THE CORRECT ITEMS/PRODUCTS FOR YOUR HVAC SYSTEM. IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG PRODUCTS YOU WILL NEED TO PAY SHIPPING CHARGE 3 TIMES.
1. PAY TO HAVE YOUR ORDER SHIPPED INITIALLY
2. PAY FOR SHIPPING PACKAGE BACK US
3. PAY FOR SHIPPING THE CORRECT PARTS
CURRENTLY WE OFFER CALCULATED SHIPPING ACROSS CANADA.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES MAY APPLY IF YOU LIVE IN AREAS WHERE THE SHIPPING CHARGE IS TOO HIGH FOR US TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION
RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO 20% RESTOCKING FEE
YOU MUST NOTIFY US BY EMAIL AT ---- INFO@FURNACEFILTERS.CA ---- FOR ANY RETURNS AND WE WILL LET YOU KNOW OF THE CHARGES AT THAT TIME
IF SHIPMENT IS RETURNED TO US BECAUSE OF INCOMPLETE OR WRONG ADDRESS YOU SHOULD KNOW CANPAR / CANADA POST CHARGES FOR RETURNING THE PACKAGE/s TO US
FOR US TO SHIP PACKAGE TO YOU A SECOND TIME YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR COST OF RETURNING PACKAGE AND ALSO THE COST OF SHIPPING SECOND TIME.
IF WE SHIP WRONG PRODUCT/S TO YOU BY MISTAKE WE WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND CORRECT THE SITUATION AT OUR COST.
We normally ship all products by Canpar or Canada Post, unless requested by customer to ship any other particular carrier
Products are normally shipped on the next Business day after an order is received. (Except for non-stock items).
We are not responsible for shipments with other Courier/Delivery Companies requested by customer for their shipments.
If a package is visibly damaged or broken you may refuse delivery by Canpar or Canada Post and let us know within 48 Hours of this situation. INFO@FURNACEFILTERS.CA
If package you received has damaged products please let us know within 48 hours at INFO@FURNACEFILTERS.CA so we can initiate the claims process
You may need to send the shipment back to us and or pictures of damages by email
